New York City, the early 1980s. A dying friend has entrusted Luna with a strange responsibility -- a Tarot card that gives the bearer extraordinary abilities! Endowed with "moon powers" and in over her head, Luna must find the truth behind this new world she's been thrown into -- all while being stalked by a figure known as THE SHADOW KNIGHT!
